Ahmed Gaddaf Al-Dam Case (Libya) and the fascist regime of the Brotherhood

In the aftermath of accusing the Libyan regime of the famous politician Ahmed Gaddaf Al-Dam of embezzlement of USD 150 million during seven years to retaliate against the men of the Gaddafi regime and being recovered by Interpol by listing him on the red notice with a fictitious pretext of carrying out financial corruption offences in Libya. However, they masterminded for his assassination and liquidation by intruding into his apartment and destroying same with automatic weapons and gas bombs, but when they failed, they charged him with the attempted murder of police officers, resisting arrest and possession of firearms and ammunition without a license. When the Case was brought before Dr. Mohamed Hamoda, the most famous lawyer in Egypt, he did not hesitate to accept it and defend the politician Ahmad Gaddaf Al-Dam, although he knew that there were political dimensions of the Case and that the criminal charge is granted by a fascist regime that ruled the country- the terrorist Brotherhood regime- in cooperation and coordination with their brothers in Libya. Dr. Mohamed Hamoda was able to rejoin the witnesses of the prosecution who were the officers of the incident by asking strong questions that entailed insidiousness and subtleness. Therefore, the statements of witnesses came to be clearly contradictory to each other, which proved to the Criminal Court that witnesses were lying and that they intruded into the residence of politician Ahmad Gaddaf Al-Dam in order to liquidate him physically and that the charges against him were fabricated. In addition, Dr. Mohamed Hamoda explained in his legal argument the flaws in evidence, as well as statements of witnesses, which had the greatest impact in the innocence of the famous politician of the charges against him.

Not only that, also a deal was concluded secretly between the terrorist Brotherhood and the Libyan groups to extradite Ahmed Gaddaf Al-Dam, in exchange for the Brotherhood's acquisition of USD 50 million. However, Dr. Hamoda managed to thwart this deal after he managed to obtain a ruling from the State Council to prevent extradition of Ahmed Gaddaf Al-Dam to Libya. That was after he greatly surprised everyone, as he provided incontrovertible information and documents proving that Ahmad Gaddaf Al-Dam was born to Egyptian parents, which prevented his extradition to any country. Moreover, Dr. Mohamed Hamoda put the Libyan authorities in a very embarrassing situation, as they had to provide judicial response and hand in the recovery files to the Egyptian authorities for the Libyan Egyptian national, Ahmed Gaddaf Al-Dam to be tried, according to the Egyptian constitution. In addition, Dr. Mohamed Hamoda continued in his successes by obtaining a ruling from the State Council in favor of Ahmed Gaddaf Al-Dam against the Egyptian government to remove his name from the travel ban lists.
