The State established the economic courts to cope with the economic development to find quick legal solutions as the normal litigation lacks the rapidity and the non-specialization; that’s why the aim was to find a new environment to rapidly solve commercial and investment disputes to encourage investment which is the main purpose of establishing these economic courts. Our firm was the first law firm to deal proficiently with all lawsuits filed before the economic courts due to our experiences and competencies in this field.
