Dispute of Kahromika - Misr For Mechanical & Electrical Projects with Ministry of Electricity and Energy

A leading Company in Egypt, which is specialized in the implementation of electrical works and large scale projects has contracted with the Ministry of Electricity and Energy to implement several projects and power plants in several governorates in a deal estimated with millions of pounds. However, a dispute erupted between them in the wake of which the Company did not get the rights of the company, which is estimated at millions of pounds, despite the completion of these projects. The Ministry of Electricity and Energy refused to receive these projects from the Kahromika so as not to pay the amounts owed thereby to Kahromika. He had only to assign the task of returning its financial rights from the State and demanding compensation to Dr. Mohamed Hamoda, who has considerable legal experience and immediately lodged several summary appeals before the Courts of the State Council to claim millions owed to Kahromika, claiming the huge financial compensation and obligating the Ministry of Electricity and Energy to receive the projects implemented by Kahromika.
