The Arab International Law Firm has been found in 2004 and became one of the top law firms in field of legal settlements and consulting. Over more than 10 years, we managed to provide our clients with several services in different legal advices and settlements in matters related to legal disputes with their disciplines as a whole. It’s worth mentioning that quality of performance, accuracy and care are the most distinctive features of our law firm that distinguish us from others. We have a team of lawyers and legal advisers with a high level of efficiency and integrity headed by Dr. Mohamed Hamoda, the cassation lawyer holding the PhD in private and criminal law from Paris-Sorbonne University in France.
Our firm provides legal services in fields of criminal, civil, commercial and corporate issues. Also, we deal with the commercial banks and commercial arbitration cases as we have a long expertise in administrative judiciary, state counsel and family courts. Moreover, our firm has a considerable experience in fields of economic courts, intellectual property and legal contracts.

A Cassation Lawyer having a PhD in Law from Paris-Sorbonne University and Chairman of the Board of the Arab International Law Firm and Legal Consultancies.
- Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Police Studies from the Police Academy.
- General Law Diploma with a grade of “Excellent”.
- Diploma of Criminal Law with a grade of “Excellent”.
- MA in Public Law from Ain Shams University.
- PhD in Private and Criminal Law, Paris 1 Sorbonne University in France, with a grade of “Excellent” with honors, ceremony of the scientific committee and recommendation to publish the thesis at the expense of the French Government (This is deemed as the highest degree attained by an Egyptian person from French universities and from Paris 1 Sorbonne University; which is one of the finest universities in France).
