1. Dubai Islamic Bank Case
Dr. Mohamed Hamoda, one of the best specialized attorneys in aspects of commercial arbitration at the national and international levels, managed to conduct a number of international commercial arbitration cases such as the arbitration case between Dubai Islamic Bank and Gulf Real Estate Investment Company at Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration, as he defended for Dubai Islamic Bank and managed to get an arbitral referee for the benefit of the bank in a dispute estimated at EGP 2 million. After that Dubai Islamic Bank received the entire residential and commercial project and registered its all assets at Giza Real Estate Registration Office in a time less than the prescribed period for the usual registration procedures. 2. Hisham El Hazek Case
Dr. Mohamed Hamoda managed to undertake one of the high-profile cases belonging to a dispute between the Arab Union for Tourism and Real Estate Development Company owned by Mr. Hisham El Hazek and Sireen for Tourism Investment submitted before Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration concerning the termination and dissolution of contracts of Solmania, the Spanish Company. Dr. Hamoda managed to settle the arbitral dispute for the benefit of his client Mr. Hisham El Hazek by issuing an arbitral verdict for the benefit of the Arab Union for Tourism and Real Estate Development Company; which in return enabled Dr. Hamoda to conduct an international arbitral case known as the Case of Iraq.
3. Case of The Iraqi Government and Iraqi Airways
The Iraqi Government mandated Dr. Mohamed Hamoda to settle the dispute valued with USD 1 Billion arisen between the Iraqi Airways Company, the Iraqi Minister of Transportation and Horus Tours Company due to the international legal experience and reputation of Dr. Hamoda and the trust they placed on his shoulder to end that dispute for the benefit of them.
