Cases of Amigo Group Tourism and Real Estate

Amigo Group Tourism and Real Estate, with a capital exceeding EGP 2 billion, is one of the oldest companies that owns tourist villages and hotels in various tourist cities in Egypt. Huge disputes have risen between shareholders. The largest shareholder in the group, Dr. Hebat Allah Nabil Abdul Jalil, hired Dr. Mohamed Hamoda, the most famous advocate in Egypt, to obtain her financial rights, millions of shares and dividends totaling to more than half a billion pounds. Dr. Hamoda immediately filed several criminal reports against the Group management to the Supreme Public Funds Prosecution for fraud crimes in formal documents of Joint Stock companies and the misappropriation of their funds. Technical inspection committees were formed by the General Authority for Investment to inspect all the companies of the group and expose the crimes committed, which will contribute to restoring financial rights of the biggest shareholder, as well as the right of managing the group. The inspection and monitoring committees continue its works to prepare a comprehensive report of all violations and crimes committed.
